Learning about Exercise




       EXERCISE TIME
Today we learned about three type of fitness and they are:  Strength: ability to lift. Flexibility: ability to stretch your muscles. Endurance: work out longtime.  Strength comes from muscles.  Muscles get bigger when you use them more often.  Muscles become more flexible when you stretch them. There are benefits of exercising. When you exercise your brain releases a chemical called an endorphin, which makes you happy.
